There is a lot of applications for manipulating industrial robots nowadays. Maximizing the tasks that can be assigned to robot manipulators one criteria deciding if their application appropri-ate. The article discusses topology optimization gripping jaws an reduce jaws' weight. previously used element made C50E steel was optimized weight jaws. Shape performed based on analysis from CAD programs Inventor Professional 2022, Autodesk Fusion 360, and Ansys Discovery. new were manufactured by additive technology selective laser sintering (SLS) PA12 material. resulted in significant reduction compared original As result optimizing designed jaws, it possible increase object manipulation.
